Outdoor Children’s Playgrounds are produced in accordance with the general safety standards of EN 1176. As a general structure, main platforms are produced with rubber coating. Two alternatives are used in rubber coating. In high pressure presses, rubber coating coated with rubber or plastisol technology is used. It is possible to produce with three alternatives on the stair steps. High quality PP plastic produced by injection molding, Press rubber coating or plastisol rubber coating are optional. The main construction consists of pipes of 114 mm diameter. Metal structure is painted with high quality electrostatic oven paint suitable for outdoor weather conditions. The paints used are paints that do not contain any heavy metals harmful to the environment and human health in accordance with EN 1176 standards. All metal parts are subjected to corrosion prevention procedures before painting. Sandblasting, post-sanding, primer paint, galvanize or cataphoresis can be optionally preferred.

High quality, non-recycled original LDPE plastics are used on slides, roofs, boards and all other plastic parts. These parts are also produced from quality raw materials in accordance with EN 1176 standards. They are antistatic materials, suitable for open weather conditions, high resistance to shocks and sunlight. Plastic parts used in playgrounds are produced using rotation, injection and blow molding technology. All of these productions are made within our company.

EN 1176 series standards consist of the following standards under the main heading “Playground elements and floor arrangements”:
01 – General safety rules.
02 – Additional special safety rules for swings.
03 – Additional special safety rules for slides.

05 – Additional special safety rules for carousels.
06 – Additional special safety rules for swing elements.
07 – Guidance information for installation, inspection, maintenance and operation.
